What Can be Personalized?
We are proud to offer an extensive line of unique personalized jewelry, accessories, and gifts. Items that can be engraved, printed, or monogrammed will be noted on the item page. The item page will also indicate if there is a small fee for this service, or if it is free.
What can be engraved or monogrammed on the item?
The available styles of personalization will be shown on the item page. In some cases you can choose from various fonts or styles. Samples are shown on each item. If you have any questions about what your personalization might look like, be sure to ask before you place the order.
In some cases there are character limits, or style limits, such as only 3 Initials. Thread colors available will also be displayed on the item page.
How long does personalization take?
Personalization will require approximately one week for production. During peak times, it can take longer. We try to get your item shipped as fast as possible, but please allow 5-7 days for production.
What does a traditional monogram look like?
Traditional monogram style is available on many items. The traditional style is First, Last, Middle initials. See example below.
We recommend entering the full name so that our specialists will know how to arrange the initials.
Important Terms Regarding Personalized Items
All sales are final on personalized items. This includes monogrammed and engraved items, as well as any other personalized item. Please check your order for accuracy before submitting payment. Should you notice an error after order submission, please notify our office immediately via email. If the item has not already been sent for production, we may be able to make the change, but we cannot guarantee this. No refunds or exchanges will be made for typographical or other errors in order submission.
If we have any questions about your personalization request, or if we do not think that the request will fit on that item, you will be contacted via email or phone.
Our 15-Day Money-Back guarantee does not apply to personalized items. We do guarantee that your item will be free of defects when it is delivered, and if it is not, we can exchange the item according to the terms below.
Should you notice an error in the personalization of your item, or a defect in the item, you must notify us via email within 2 days of receipt of the order, as determined by USPS delivery confirmation or UPS tracking details. We will then send return instructions, and will exchange the defective item with the same item and same personalization request only. No refunds will be given on personalized items.
