Placing your Order
We make shopping easy: Place your order online anytime quickly and easily on our website. Your information is encrypted and transmitted over our secure (SSL) server technology, and you are covered by our Safe Shopping Guarantee. You may also place your order by phone, email, or fax. Because we process orders so quickly, we generally cannot make modifications, cancellations or additions to an order after it is placed. If you need to do so, contact us immediately via email and we will make every effort to accommodate your request when possible. If we have any questions about your order, you will be contacted via email or phone.
Using a Coupon
You can enter a coupon code on the Bag page after placing an item in your bag. Just click the My Bag button near the top-right of the page.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, electronic checks and bank transfers. For certain pre-approved U.S. customers we also accept mailed checks and money orders. Your order will be held to ensure that your check or money order clears, which typically takes 5-7 business days. Orders paid for with PayPal eCheck must also be held until PayPal allows us to ship the order (about 4-5 banking days). Make payments payable to Charming Chick Inc.
Shipping Information
We strive to ship every order as quickly as possible. In stock items typically ship within 1 business day, though during peak times it can take longer. Items that are made-to-order or personalized in some way do require extra processing time, and will have a specific amount of processing time listed on that item's page. For example, many engraved items say "Ships in 2-3 days" on the item page.  You will receive an email when your order is shipped that will contain information on how to check the status of your order. Order Status
If you created an account, you can view any current or previous orders by clicking the My Account button. This will include all the details of the order, the order status, and if the order has shipped, the shipping information. If you didn't create an account, it is possible to look up limited status information via the "Order Status" button at the bottom of our site.
Gift Services
Gift messages are always free! Just type your gift message when prompted during checkout. Gift messages are printed on the packing slip that is included in the package. We will gladly ship directly to your gift recipient. Prices are not printed on the packing slip, with the exception of International packages which contain a Customs Declaration. Most items can be gift boxed for a small fee. We also offer a premium Gift Wrap service, which includes gift wrapping the item and a gift card with your gift message.
You will be notified when placing your order if an item is on backorder. If most cases we will hold your order so that everything may ship together, unless you request otherwise, at our discretion. On rare occasions, our inventory count is inaccurate, and an item that was listed as in stock is not available. In this case you will be contacted right away. Our policy is to hold the order until the item is available, unless you notify us that you need to cancel the order.
